Cyberprinter includes unique security features that prevent it from being removed. It was designed to integrate with the operating system’s security framework. This ensures that Cyberprinter can only be started and stopped from an administrator account. Any users operating the PC under a normal user account will not be able to stop the program.

Network Printers

Cyberprinter also works with network printers, meaning printers that have their own network card. There is no need to configure anything on the printer or the network to detect it—any PC with the client software installed will report all print activity to the Cyberprinter server. Other print-control programs only work with printers directly connected to the PC through USB or the parallel port.

Print Servers

A wired or wireless print server device can be used to connect one or more printers to it. In corporate networks, these devices are common. Cyberprinter can keep a record of everything that is printed when these devices are used.
